Organizers say the celebration will blend music and philanthropy, with all ticket sale proceeds supporting charities dedicated to improving the lives of women and children around the world.
Benefiting organizations include CARE, Helen Keller Intl, and The Hunger Project. In addition, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will match ticket revenues, doubling the funds donated through the concerts.
